Pico and Cora have found each other, and they love their new life together. Cora is learning how to take care of a pet, and Pico is learning to trust people again.

Pico is funny and sweet, but there's one problem: she doesn't like other dogs. In this adventure, Cora learns why it's important to really understand her dog and how she's feeling, and Pico learns how to make new friends!

About the Author

Jessica Schneider has been a book lover and a poet she was very young. She wrote her first real poem,"Katrina Holds the Golden Key," at the age of 8, and it is framed and proudly displayed in her mother's home. After having her own children and reading the same books over and over to them, she decided to write her own story. Her desire is to create books that children will love and parents will love reading. She lives in Erie, Colorado with her husband, twin boys and their little chug, Pico.
